1) Mail app. On the opening page of the computer.

2) Nothing happens. I click in the body of the email and the cursor flashes once and disappears. I'm unable to

type a letter, number or word.

4) I don't know how to do that or even where webmail is. Now, I access my email through the centurylink email page on the internet. I contacted centurylink with this problem and they said that they couldn't help me.

5) to import my emails to that microsoft email account, so I can read them there. In other words, I set up my centurylink email to come to the Microsoft mail app as my 2nd account. I originally set up a dummy email

account in order to get the computer to work. It is not my primary email account, I never have used it.

I've spent many hours trouble shooting this problem from the internet. One person said that they got a update, that solved the problem.

I had to set up the second (Centurlink) account manually, I believe its just a setting change. But have been to all the setting places that I can find. On that account it says that it hasn't been 'Synced ' yet. I turned on all the buttons under the 'sync' place.
