This is the Offical Black ICE Account (Managed by @DorukSega and @ColonialRebel). Hearts of Iron. A Mod, short for modification, is an alteration of the game files to change the game's functionality. Mods can be installed manually from sources such as the Paradox Forums, or installed automatically via the Steam Workshop. The folder that stores mods for the game is Windows. Documents Paradox Interactive Hearts of Iron IV mod. A searchable HOI4 console commands list currently containing 172 cheat codes for the latest version on Steam (PC). List includes detailed help, examples and argument explanations.
Black ICE is a mod which aims to overhaul HOI IV in order to make a more immersive, historical, and challenging experience for the player. I don't love it, and this is the 'Mk ii' version or 2.5 update which improves some stuff. Try it out below!
